Indian e-Visa Validity & Conditions

Indian e-Visa validity ranges from 30 days, 1 year, or 5 years, depending on the visa type.
The visa must be used within its validity period.
e-Tourist & e-Business Visa:
- Valid for 1 year from ETA issuance
- Maximum stay per visit:
  - 90 days for most nationalities
  - 180 days for citizens of USA, UK, Canada, Japan (Business visa holders also allowed 180 days)
- Extension is not permitted
e-Medical & e-Medical Attendant Visa:
- Valid for 60 days
- Triple entry allowed
e-Conference Visa:
- Valid for 30 days
- Single entry

Travel Requirements

Travelers must carry a return or onward ticket.
Adequate funds for stay in India are required.
Pakistani passport holders or individuals of Pakistani origin are not eligible for Indian e-Visa and must apply through an Indian Mission.

Fee-Related Terms

Visa fees must be paid at least 4 days before travel.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
Visa rejection does not entitle the applicant to a refund.
Government of India may modify visa fees and rules without prior notice.
Government fee varies by nationality (USD 25, 80, or 100).
Our service fee is separate from government fees.
